4. Pure manual weaving, the size is slightly error, each tapestry is unique. The measurement allowed error is +/- 1-3cm.
5. Due to the transportation packaging, the tassels will not be smooth when received, it is recommended to comb the tassels with a comb. The rope is easy to mess. After receiving it, shake it and straighten it out.
6. The natural cotton rope may have some smell, which is produced by cotton craftsmanship. It will disappear after a few days when hung on the wall.
7. Cleaning method: It is recommended to pop up or use a blower to clean the dust.

3. Because it’s a handmade product, it take us about 3-7 business days (Mon-Fri) prepare your order and send them to the delivery company. The average delivery time is from 10-20 business days if not delayed by customs controlling and epidemic. Small packages will be delivered faster.

RETURNS

1. We only refund if the items are defective or damaged. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
